i'v purchased a pre-owned 06 ML350 6 months ago and it had 22 000km. Now it has 45 000km. The problem now is my transmission on the ML is screwing up. Recently i couldn't shift it to drive, neutral and reverse. I mean, my ML only has 45 000km on it, im sure it still has transmisson/engine warranty on it right? can someone please help me and tell me what i should do. My plans is to take it back to the dealer. Would they most likely offer a brand new transmission swap? would it be worth it for me or should i be asking for more than a simple transmission swap? MY ML ONLY HAS 45 000KM!!! It's like NEW and im already having this transmission problem, what if in the future it happens again and warranty is no longer covered, than im screwed....someone please help....any advices would be appreciated.

Since you still fall within the new car warranty period, take it to your preferred dealer. They should diagnose and fix the problem at no cost to you. If you think you deserve more than they are willing to do, ask the service manager to contact the MB regional rep. After all this is said and done, and if you are still worried about the future, buy a MB extended warranty on it.
