Not sure what Service E Means but it has been exceeded by 25 days. How can I make it go away?

Make it go away by having the required service performed. Remember there are calender AND mileage requirements.

When's your next A/B service (oil change) due? If not too long from now, just have it taken care of then. Plus make a list of any warranty defect(s) you need fixed. Book the appointment well in advance to secure a loaner car.

alright, thank you guys! ohh and one more question, does anyone know if Mobil Synthetic 10w-30 oil is approved by mercedes benz? i mean like can i use it to change the oil myself when needed?

No. Here is a list of approved oils, but take a look at your service booklet/manual to be sure.
