Pls enlighten me that why my w164 keeps on showing " Service C exceeded by 2x,xxxdays" every time I start the engine? ( BTW, the mileage of my ML is now only 4,xxx kms)

Did you buy your ML new? If so then the Service Reminder needs to be updated by your dealership or yourself. Otherwise there is always the possibility that somebody with special equipment (do I hear a black helicopter?) set your odometer back somehow and your mileage is way out of wack. But that is pretty far fetched. The computer is suppose to record how many days past a Service call elapse for some reason. Probably a warranty liability issue. There is a writeup in the Owner's Manual. Anyway you probably just need a reset. Good Luck!
Use the settings on the instrument cluster, the settings are worked by the steering wheel buttons. If not sure, can you bring the car across the border into shenzhen? If not then the next time im in Hong Kong Ill fix it for you OK.
