Hey just got some Aluminum running board (ml63 STYLE ONE) AUTHENTIC with the BENZ PART NUMBER ON and that WEBSITE( ML320cdi/350/500 Side Running Boards: Bekkers BMW & Mercedes Parts ) cost $1199 tax and shipping. I thought it was pretty easy to install but it seems very difficult and it is pretty HEAVY. and I cant get any help. And dont want to spend any more money at BENZ SERVICE. So just want to let it go now. Anybody want to PICK IT UP OR BUY it let me know. Will let it go for $1000 Shipped or $900 for pick up Brand new in the box and i will ship it in the US ONLY! Let me know, if no one buy it then maybe ill just put it on my ML350 and someone can help me out with some installion steps....

You may go to https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/index.jsp and buy the one day subscription and there are complete installation instructions with pictures..it is around $20 dollars I believe..

Thanks for the instruction! i will try to look at my car first and see is it easy to take off the stock sideskirt.

I would advise anyone purchasing from these guys confirm that that parts are, in fact from MB. Just (4/20/07) had a very unpleasant experience with Bekkers. Paid for the same running boards advertised on their website (part#B6 688 061) $1,199 plus shipping and handling. The part arrived on time as promised but when I took to the installer, discovered they were the worng part. WTF!!! After much discussion, Bekkers said MB packaged the part wrong - what I received was running boards for the GL and they will have UPS pick up the part. That was picked up a week later. Next Bekkers claim that the part was damaged and they'll have to go to UPS to claim the damage. Meanwhile, they are not telling me when/if I can get a replacement part shipped. I told them to cancell the order. Three weeks later they call to tell me they can ship the part but I'll have to pay for the damaged part. No way I shop from Bekkers again.

Yes that is BAD!!! But i have everything RIGHT. RIGHT PART # and it will fit it Heres the PICTURE

YES IT IS A 3-4 HOURS OF WORK, but it worth it. Better than paying BENZ 70-80 a HOURS. And dont know how long they TAKE. I try jumping on the running board and IT STAYS ON GOOD! SO ITS GOOOD!!!

FIRST I TOOK PICTURE OF MY CAR FIRST

and took some stuff apart like SCIANDRA did

AND HERE IM DONE

Now i NEED SOME SHOES!!!. just bought some 22 inch tires and now im waiting for my shoes to come in and i will update some picture.
