I am sad to say that my ML63 is a 06 and not 07, since you can get more options on the 07, but I ordered my car as a Mercedes-Benz Company car (that means that the car is kept by MB for 5 months and I get a little more discount) and it was first registrated i Germany in june 06.
The gas milage is so far after 950 km 19.2 litre per km!!!
But again I have been loving every km (mile) and since the car costs 2.100.000 NOK (= 338.000 USD) the gas consumtions is irellevant.

You mean 19.2 litre per 100km no?
Strangely enough – and quite worring – I'm getting the same on my 07 ML350!!!
This is in the city, but hopefully this will improve as the car gets more milage.
I currently have just over 1000km on it.

I think it's normal. My S350 was getting about 16.5 l per 100km during the break-in period. Now it oscillates between 11-13 liters in the city for much of the time. And the overall average consumption from the 0th km (including the break-in) is 13.6 l per 100km after 11000km.
However you should expect about 15-16 l in ML if you drive in the city more.
