The dealer still insists that if it does not show as recal thru his Vin check the truck is not eligible...
I told them that it was delivered in March of 2006 with DVD ver 2005.1 BQ 6460213 and my VIN is in the first range of this documents
But dealer refuses to help.
Any suggestions?

They say that VIN report does not bring up that my truck is eligible for any recalls or campaign , however its VIN is in range of Wolfang's doc
They say that VIN report supercedes Campaigns which makes absolutely no sense especially if car is delivered in March of 2006 with NAV 2005.1
Plus their rep was very arrogant and rude, refused to connect me to the manager to verify his explanations.
I feel like MB customers's service is at the lowest possible level now.
I used to have BMW and it was much better, they were treating clients as luxury car owners who deserved luxury customer service.

I just got a bunch of campaigns done on my 06 ML350 and one of them was updating the Command SW, which i thought would give me a new DVD but i still have 2005.1 in there. So maybe the upgrade does not cover the ML. I will call my SA on Monday and confirm if this is true, but its most likely that its not because he pulled up about 4 campaigns for my car and none included the Nav SW

Title: Campaign - Navigation DVD Update
My SA replaced for us last Friday. Did not even question, altho I did show him a copy of the TSB#.
Was it just a new DVD for the NAV or was there other work involved as part of this TSB? Reason i ask is because I was already there to do other TSBs last week and i would hate to leave the ML there for another day
