Well; I managed to get a call into Customer service today, and they tell me no manual exists for the Bluetooth kit; and I should review the phone section in the vechical manaul;
I have already read it, and it makes no mention of many important bluetooth features; like how to activate the pairign procedure on the MB Reciver; Thanks to the forum here - I was able to get that answer;
I'm not however in a bit of an interesting position; Since I paired both the phoen I have, the system seems to have retained both profiles. Which is fine - I'd like to be able to switch devices. The issue is that I cant seem to figure out how to eather assign the bluetooth pairing to a memory location (1,2 or 3) that works with the seats/mirrors etc; or how to see what pairing is active. I cant seem to figure out to delete a pair either.
Does anyone have a comprehensive set of instructures/pointers somewhere written for the use of the Bluetooth kit MB supplies? I'm I somehow missing the part of manual that explains all of this?
I'm finding the MB bluetooth kit an incredible frustration - and likly would never would have added it, knowing the very complex, and not freindly way it interfaces with the phone and the ML.
I have an Infiniti, that has a menu for bluetooth that comes up on the NAV screen, and shows all the pairs, allows me to add/delete them, switch between them etc. I cant find my way to this type of interface in the MB;
It may not sound like a big deal, but I find the MB Bluetooth connects random to one of the two phones it has paired with before. If my wife and I travel together this random connection to one of the phones is an issue. I'd like only the drivers phone to connect to the MB Bluetooth kit;
I'm hopefully there is some easy way to do this, a manual someone has found and can share, some hidden menu I cant find on my own... something...
This Kit that MB provides seems to be way to complex and so unfriendly that it makes it useless to buy from them for what they charge...

i understand your frustration, but your dealer was supposed to give you a manual on the bluetooth puck when you purchased it. you can find this manual (it's short) on www.wireless4mb.com. Additionally, the puck WILL pair with two devices. THEN, if faced with the two devices it is paired with, it chooses the one it was LAST paired with FIRST.
Unfortunately there is no menu for bluetooth in COMAND, but i have found it very reliable and user-friendly once i read my little manual.
Good luck!

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I called MB Client Service Monday and they told me no manual exists for this, everything I needed to know was in the command manual!
I owe you on this.. I printed it out and will stick it in my owners manual now... I cant belive You managed to hook me up with this!
