Decision Help: 2006 ML350 vs 2007 ML350

Hello to all,
I'm currently leasing an ML500 and its ending in a month. Benz has early lease
return program available.

Now, the questions is should I take advantage of the lease early return, get the 2006 ML350 or wait for 2007 ML350. Does anybody know what changes are for the 2007 ML350 ? I know the CDI is not coming to California yet (at least not this year).

What do you guys think ?

Thanks....

I belive the ML350 is an exellent car and also very satisfying. My ML320 CDI has been well worth the waiting, however if you're driving less than 12-15.000 miles a year then don't buy the diesel. Diesel cars are ment to be driven a lot and short journeys are harmful to the engine.

I think the main changes in the 2007 ML350/320 are full MB Tex, birds-eye wood, roof rails, privacy glass, cargo cover, rear side airbags, active head restraints, and a black and chrome grille like some 2006 European ML (I think it looks like the best of the three grille types) all standard (with a higher price of course). Depending on what options you want, they may be packaged better or worse in the 2007s. There are also a few extra options available such as dual DVD rear screens, new side steps, Distronic cruise control.

Thanks for the replies. The dual DVD rear screens sounds goood. I wonder how much is the price change...

Read & heed all the posts on these forums then get yourself a reliable Toyota. You won't get the envious stares you get while in your MB but you won't be letting yourself in for a host of problems. Oh Yeah. You can also save a few $.

If you are leasing, then get the latest model.
If you are worried about reliability and $$$, the latest W163 is better and save you as well.
