Center Console. NA spec vs. Euro spec - Benzworld.org

I have seen pictures of the R-Class and it has a different center console than the NA spec one. It has a cover over the cup holders instead of the large holes in the dash.

Are the Euro spec MLs the same? Do they have a different console? I hate the cup holders and never drink in the car anyway, but would prefer the cover so I can have more "out of sight" storage like in the W163.

Anyone have any pictures?

Yes the Euro ML has this console.

Perfect! Has anyone successfully retrofit it into a NA spec vehicle?

This would have to be done immediately if I ever get a ML320 CDI.

I could not get this option in Canada despite efforts with some MB brass. There is no P/N for this option in MB NA Support System yet.

I was more referring to ordering the parts from MB UK or getting someone in Europe to help out with the parts.

I am sure that MBenzNL would be able to help me out if we decide to go this route.
