Thread Hijacking or Thread Bullies

What I have noticed is that there is a strategic Thread Hijacking or Thread Bullying going on in this forum by some of the senior/old members (No naming names please).

What I mean by this is, there has been flood of duplicate threads/topics created by senior members even though there is already a thread/topic/discussion created by some of the new members. This clutters the forum, there is lot of duplicate information posted and creates a mess.

Is this just a stupid mistake, or just laziness by not using search function or to it is a way to prove only some members have more knowledge then others or they just like to be center of Attention.... Whatever it is, this kind of attitude will just diminish the participation in this forum and eventually everyone will loose.

Use the Search function and post information in their relevant threads it it exists instead of creating a new one... and fyi.. your post counts does increase even if you post in the existing thread/topic/discussion...

Thanks,

Hi, firstmb

I have not noticed that - what are you hinting at??

Cheers,

I am kinda new here, and have not really seen anything. This is one of the best sites I have ever spent time on. For the most part, everyone helps and if they do not know an answer they find one.

RE: Thread Hijacking or Thread Bullies

I looked through your postings and I didn't see anything out of line or unusual. I have found these forums to be extremely informative and helpful. All the senior members, with the exception of a couple, have been an asset to this site. Tell us what we're missing here.

RE: Thread Hijacking or Thread Bullies

It's very rarely that I ever post a new thread in this W164 forum. So if I've done something related to hijacking or bullying, my apologies. [:(]

RE: Thread Hijacking or Thread Bullies

I must be missing something, too. I haven't seen thread bullies/hijackers on this board.
