Well, I knew it was too good to be true--the dealer called me a couple hours before I was going to pick it up and said something didn't check out when they ran the diagnostics. It will probably be Tuesday. Disappointment, again. At least they offered me the use of an ML for the weekend.
Can you tell me when you ordered your ML. I ordered one on the 27th of April and MB has pushed me back to a build date of July 28th. With a delivery date of late Aug.
Hey Greg...sorry to hear that. But at least they are getting it right before they deliver it to you. Will be looking forward to reports of the first ride and pictures.

My R500 has been delayed. All September builds are Forced Factory orders with NO changes per MBUSA. So I am now in the first decade of October with Gulfport delivery later in the month I hope.

Not happy.
I ordered mine in April for build by May 10. It was just about 4 weeks late. For whatever reasons, production delays have put things about 4 weeks behind, but hopefully, that will improve.
This is not really a production delay...it is just that a custom order R500 cannot be built in September. I guess with the official opening at dealers scheduled for 9/15, they are stocking them with cars first.
My dealer checked the entire September R500 build inventory and we could not find a direct match for what I wanted. So it is wait a little longer....:-)
