Just saw the ML at the NY Auto show - very annoying that the car was locked, you couldn't sit inside. I noticed that the rear seats looked very tilted - i.e. like they were very angled. Is this the case for those who have sit in it?? i will have a baby car seat/booster seat, which are tilted back themselves, and am concerned that the seat is too tilted.
otherwise, the car looked nice, even though i couldn't sit in it....
I suspect that new M164 rear seats will be improved in a year or two, just like the original W163 M-class rear seats were updated to a more comfortable arrangement.
The rear seats are more reclined than the W163. I did not find them uncomfortable for the short distance I sat in the rear. We took our son along with our test drive, with the same baby seat that he uses in the W163, I did not notice any issues with fitting the baby seat. He may have been a little more reclined, but definitely not uncomfortably so.
