I left it at home, and all their websites have that annoying web page to send them an e-mail - as if we can't master the e-mail client (or more like, so there's no paper trail?).<br> <br> Anyone know what it is? I'm pretty sure there was a CAC in it.<br> <br> Thanks,<br> -J
Yep - Customer Assistance Center - it was the e-mail that was listed on the Owner Satisfaction Survey that MB sent out.<br> <br> I left it at home, so I'm stuck - can't send my complaint about the missing 02's wood trim to them.<br> <br> BTW - the camera - my brother apparently felt it necessary to drive back to Philly and not drop off the camera in between (grrrrr). I'll definitely have it back before Friday - once I do, I'll grab some of those pics.<br> <br> Too bad Photopoint is gone.... I could've posted 'em there.
