If you subscribe, whenever a new DVD Disc comes out you will automatically receive a the new updated copy in the mail.

...if and when there is new firmware (which would be in the DVD), the MCS Nav module will automatically recognise and update itself. Even if you go back to an older disc, the newer firmware will still be retained [:)]

Are you sure about that since I spoke to my local MB Dealer and they said new disc would be sent out??
If anything I'm sure your correct as MB doesn't seem to be up on what they should be!!

...that the firmware would be on another disc? If so, this is incorrect. The Nav disc contains both the firmware and the map data; this is true even of the CD based system. [:)]

David Michael Mercedes just said a new disc would be automatically mailed out as they become available. I'm sure they are wrong though!
