This is a pretty good deal, right? You get the MCS (normaly at least 500 on ebay, used), a 6-disc Mercedes CD changer (barely used on a car with only 30K, normally like $300 on ebay, used) and I'll even throw in a phone, even if you don't activate the phone, I'm pretty sure (not certin) that you can get pre-paid for it, and use it for emergencys...
