The server was down 9am 11/27 and back-up 2am 11/28....
There was an announcement to refrain from posting since we were retrieving data from back-up. So between 2am 11/28 till 11:30 am 11/29, their were about 5 news posts. These posts are saved and I will try to put them in.<br> <br> So downtime was :<br> 11/27 9:00 am - 11/28 2:00 am<br> <br> Backup is done at 3am so everything posted<br> from 11/27 3am till 11/27 9:00 am is lost - 6 hours.<br> <br> New posts between 11/29 2:00 am till 11/29 11:30 am -> Posts were made from 10:27 am to 11:30 am so approx 1 hr.<br> <br> We lost 7 hours. Was the failure of processor related to the virus or....
it just another mishap ? Was the procressor overheated/overworked because of the massive virus. I'm partial in the IT too, that's why I'm curious.<br> Thanks for the good job, have some sleep.<br> Peter Chiu
