My car is in the shop...Oil leak, windshield washer leak, and screw came off.

I just had B-service 3 days ago. Today, I found oil(passenger side) and windshield washer leak when I came in the grarage to start the engine. So, I pull down the hood opener handle(right below the parking brake handle). As soon as I pull it down, I heard some type of cracking sound. I don't know what happend, but I found one screw on the floor...So, I took the car to dealer and, now, I am waiting for the car fixed...This is already second time for the windshield washer leak problem....I just don't like my car whenever it has problem....Maybe, I should have bought X5.....the better ride and maybe better quality...When I took test drive, the only thing I didn't like was the trunk space.... Off road capability!!! I have never been off-road since I own this car(since Jan. 2002)..

See what dealer is going to say....

I guess you haven't seen the X5's reliability reports. It is MUCH worst than the ML's. Not only that but the problems are far more severe than leaky windshield fluid bottles. People have had mechanical problems with the locks, transmission, headlamps etc.

exactly why my parents are not going to get an X5... it'll either be another ML or they'll follow in Man-Du's footsteps and get a Cayenne S

Does X5 really have a bad repuation?

I got my car yesterday. They said,
1. Oil leak problem - solution : they said they couldn't really clean the bottom when I got B-service.
2. Screw fell off - It was from the grill and they secured it.
3. Leak washer fluid - they replace the bottle(this is the second time).

Well, I was very happy when I heard these from my service advisor.

Anyway, I thought X5 is reliable car. Because when I looked at some users review, X5 has pretty high score from consumers review. Any thought??
