good news: I got my rims and they are amazing!!
bad news: I got a speeding ticket for 28 over. my dad grounded my for 45 days and makeing me return the rims.
Actually, it's good news both ways. There's no bad news here. Get back to daddy
and work out a compromise. Tell him you really want to keep the rims (too chromy for me, BTW) and make a deal to stay away from speeding tickets. He's paying the insurance, mind you and it's not small. Besides, you may just be saving your life and somebody else's. Also, keep doing 23+ over and you'll loose the previledge to even drive, for a long time!!!

You sound like a spoiled brat to me.
When I was 16 my father was driving Porsches and he would not buy me anything better than a stripper VW Jetta. He said if I wanted something better, get a job and pitch in. That sounded fair.
You are tooling around in a pimped out luxury SUV and complaining about getting a pretty nice ticked and getting grounded!? Trust me, I know about tickets and insurance...at one point I had a motorcyle and a 540 six speed and _10_ insurance points, the difference is that I was paying for my mistakes, not my daddy.
