LOL! Yes, I did notice the hood reflection too...looks like some arterial veins :)

...but mine grew some nastier veins !! [:D][:D]

I might consider the front turn signal LED bulbs and the parking light mod. Stupid question: If you cut the parking light wire, is the parking light essentially disabled now? and the turn signals still work?

I have DRL's enabled therefore when the headlights are on, so are the ambers.

Yes, the signals will work...

There are three wires to the socket...one ground, one positive for the parking lamp, another positive for the signal (because it's a dual filament/dual contact bulb).

That's odd, the DRLs should only be the low beam Xenons, with no other lamps, parking or otherwise.

Looking good in BC Drew!

Wow Drew you're ride looks sweet out there in BC. Been up to Whistler lately?

I have a quick Q, where does the antenna for the MCS Nav system go? Is it the one at the back with the ping pong ball on it?

I'm only asking because...shhhh.. I'm using the roof slot for my XM antenna....it worked perfectly to route the wires inside the vehicle and then a bit of RTV silicone.. but I don't know what I"m gonna do if I want to go GPS!

Thanks,

-Dobie97

Unfortuantely it's not worth the effort this year.

That's an antenna ball with a Canadian flag on it [:)]. But yes, that's where you have to install the factory antenna.

You can still go with an aftermarket Alpine antenna for the MCS. That antenna will then go on the dash or somewhere else where there is line of site with the satellites overhead.

How to intall 2nd set of fog light on ML?

Drew, how do you install you fog light on the front bar? I bought an pair of PIAA 540s and I tries 2 shop now and no one know how to installed it on my 03 ML500. I already have a OEM fog light integrated in the lower bumper. What to do with my aftermarket offroad driving light? Any suggestions, thanks.
