Mr.Drew, I ordered Burl Cluster from *** (we`ll be arriving soon). before installing it,is your AMG chrome rings not hard to put in.Womdering and scared about those little lights when after I put them back one or two might not function.PLease give me some insights. I saw some of the threads/publication regarding this topic. But still!! And how much is that.

had to cut it just enough to connect to my OEM harness behind the grill. and yes,I used my dash switch since it is active when I had my integrated fog.
Here is the kind a bracket I used, just plain 2 Â½ metal plate. Ignore the two big hole on top those are came with the plate. Also I trimmed the upper bumper a little so I can push the fog light housing as close a possible to the bumper, and it turn out pretty good IMO. You should call me so we can do it together.

the white stuff that you can see on hole is the silicone so no water will go inJ

but i was thinking if i should cancel my order with Jerry and get those Hella fog lights from PP (model #99-826) coz that one is simple plug and play with brackets. i think i might do that.....

just got our camera back coz somebody borrowed it and i will post pics of my ML soon. next upgrade will be brabus wheels....

You don't have to worry about the warning lamps not functioning. It is simply a strip that goes onto the base of the cluster and there is no way that you can mess that up. Yes, the perfect time to install the chrome rings is while you are doing the burl surround (that you ordered) as it is only about 5 more steps! Don't worry, there are step-by-step instructions and pictures to guide you.
