very good write-up. I love the background architecture better though. Anyway, I believe
had one as a loaner just a couple of weeks ago when I brought the ML for tail lamp assembly replacement - the original had a leaky gasket. What i was most impressed was the quickness. No 1-3 seconds delay (my last post) here. It was quite quick. I had it all day and during my 40+ miles commute to work, I had a chance to test the car out. The only complain I have is that the controls were so different from my E and ML class that I found myself searching for wiper activation and heater/AC controls. Good car.

Yup, the background setting was chosen for a reason. Fortunately it's right up on this mountain, so I didn't have to go too far.
The wiper controls of the C are traditional MB; the ML is unique in that it has a separate stalk. However the A/C controls are indeed different/newer (next generation) than the one in your E-class. Like all cars, some adjusting is required, but fortunately it's really very easy to figure out [:)]
