Sorry for such dumb questions. But for those of you who has turn on their fog lights switches for the fog light on the bumper or grill guard. Do you guys have power to the intergrated fog lights plugs.

I was just woundering if you have the switch turn on do you have power to both areas? Or if I want power to both aeas I need to turn on both items.

thanks
Thanks for the info, but that was not my question (more)
My question was if the switch is turned on and you have power to the fog lamps mounted to the grill guard do you have power to the intergrated fog lights plugs as well?

Or when you have the switch turn you only get power to the intergrated fog lights and not the grill guard fog lights (one or the other not both)??

thanks
Re: Thanks for the info, but that was not my question (more)
Let me answer your question YES, you have power on both lights grill lights and integrated fog. This question has been asked before. What are you trying to do?
This will give me flexibility.

I could have the switch turned on first. Then decide what to do. I could see if the intergrated fog lamps alone are enough for my needs then add to it.

I am also thinking about hooking lights to both of them. Both grill guard mounted and intergrated fog lamps. More candle power. But, I am just thinking about it. Has anyone tried it.

jim thanks much for the info.

Remember that the harness is designed for 150 watts, which is pretty low for handling the internal and external lights, together, or for high efficiency PIAA bulbs

For the external fog lights, I had to install a relay, which is activated by the old harness, that provides direct battery power to the external foglights. So now, I can use high power H3 PIAA's (Super Plasma or/and Super Whites).

There are PIAA'a Super Plasma and Super White and are incredibly good and high performant (55w=85w and 85w=130w). You will love the light these bulbs output...

Andre
