Not sure if the C1205 really means the diaphragm is dead or if I somehow killed another sensor. The last one was damaged when I closed the hood with a flashlight near the booster. I have no reason to believe the sensor is the issue.
I think I am down to having to get a good used booster and swap it out. Ugh.
Maybe I should have bought the ML55 that Joe now has.
Thanks for the chart with the colors added Jim.
I break out the Fluke during the week. The truck is seeing heavy usage this week due to my wife's schedule.
Also since I posted this the BAS/ESP light has only come on once and has not come back on in the last 3 days at all. Also there was not even a stored code for coming that one time.
The ML basically sat from from the end of September. Then was driven in November until the fuel supply problem and then sat again until a couple of weeks ago. Maybe the sensor just needed some exercise.
