Just recently my ML has this constant beeping sound for about 10 seconds right after I start the engine in the morning. What does it mean? Does this problem occur to anyone? Is it something serious?
Any given information is appreciated.
I know what the seat belts reminder sounds like sir,...
There is no sign of any light signal in the cabin. It's just the beeping sound, that's why I am finding it weird. A 'constant' beeping sound for about 10 seconds when I start the engine after a whole night in the garage stilled.
In 02 models with the emergency brake on, even just one notch and the car is put into drive and moved there is a beeping warning as you describe. Perhaps the brake is not releasing all the way or, the sensor is out of tolerance
If not, I would try to secure the seatbelt before switching on the car and see if the beep is still there. It may be the seat-belt warning that is malfunctioning.
is it really that long? (that is a looong beep).

it isn't, by any chance, your cell phone? most in-car cell phones beep on start up. depending on how the ringer volume is set (and may have been changed) it can give the impression that there is a new noise in the cabin.

just a thought.
No Sir, not even that. It's odd since no one has experience this problem before
