04 350. During all of this snow I've been knocking around in VA. Didn't hit anything but going through heavy snow (Benz is better than my old Landrover). I seem to be pulling right now. Are alignment problems common? Thanks!
Not really common as long as the tires are in good nick and the suspension parts have not gotten sloppy. I always get an alignment at least every 18 months or 15-20k miles and always when fitting new tires.
If pulling left/right in snow/water/slush, it is near impossible to tell if it is an alignment issue or not because vehicle dynamics change in these conditions. if you pull on dry pavement, then you may have an alignment problem. Start with making sure your tire pressure is what it is supposed to be. Them make sure there are no ice stuck on the wheels - inside of the wheel. Do you feel steering shimmy also?
