It's official now, I have to go to the dealer for a new tumbler.
I tried to take pics of the housing but it seems that my camera cannot focus on the ridges, too bad.
Brought it back to the locksmith and he think the ridges is machined onto the housing from the factory. He turned the ignition switch with a screw driver and it is smooth. Polished the whole cylinder and take a few pins out just for the heck of it (few at a time), and it is still sticking. He is stump, and he's been doing this for 35 years. He thinks the Cylinder is mess up somehow because it should turn 90 degrees per instruction before locking and mine turn 45 degrees the most.
