My window is coming up at a slight angle would that be the regulator? Seems kind of slow but like its grabbing in the front. I lubed it up with lithium grease I had and didn't change anything. The inner part of the door that the regulator is riveted to flexes quite a bit going up or down like its working pretty hard. It doesn't always seal at the backside as I can hear air as I go down the highway and have to push the window back to stop it.
The window is binding in one of the two channels, probably due to a rivet snapping. If you keep using that window you will eventually burn out the motor, so try and keep the cost to a minimum.
If you are going to replace the regualtor, be advised that you will need a two handed rivet gun to do the job.
sorry macdrone just saw this. hope you have a solution--comes up but different when it does-on a slight angle?. yes, my invoice is labeled 'switch'. noticed for a couple of months, I could pull up on it (driver's switch) & get a sec. of hesitation or zero repsonse--but would still roll. as before, she went down 1 day & nada to get it back up. as i undrestand, exp's here will correct my amatuer knowledge, believe mine was an all-n-1 switch board for all windows, lock, mirrors, etc. for an '00. yours sounds more advanced than what I know.
