HOW IS AC/HEATER CONTROL PANEL REMOVED?

I HAVE A 2003 ML320 AND CANNOT FIND SCREWS OR BRACKETS TO REMOVE CONTROL PANEL FOR HEATER/AIR CONDIONING, MERCEDES IS GOOD AT HIDING TRIM ATTACHMENT SCREWS, BETTER THAN I AM AT FINDING THEM ANYONE HAVE SCHEMATIC OR EXPERIENCE REMOVING IT WOULD BE BETTER THAN IF I START PRYING AND DESTROYING THE BEATIFUL INTERIOR

You first need to remove the MCS(radio) unit. You will need the radio keys to do so. After that, the entire wood bezel/frame that surrounds the radio and ac pushbutton will pull out. Be gentle when prying/pulling on the "wood". It will chip off on the edges if your not careful.

ps. Turn your CAPS off. It gets annoying reading the posts that way.

thanks for the information, doesn't sound to difficult, also I turned the cap locks off
