The Burgandy ride is not mine, I just wanted to share the picture i snapped when I was at the car show. It is the Million dollar benz (Half S-Class / R-class)

Detane, I love your tracks on your website! Nice indeed!
Oh, your MBs look good too. *smile*
Looking at the burgundy MB, I can only imagine what the maintenance cost would be. Hey! Suppose MB made a fat ride that was as reliable and low maintenance as a corolla. Now there's a thought.
I picked some wax up at the car show. The guy said it was dealer grade stuff, it has been working its magic on my rdie for the last 2 years since i bought the bottle. I also bought a crome cleaning bottle and a sealer to keep my rims clean and water spot free.
I also use posiquite brake pads to reduce dust. And the main thing I dont ever do is take it to the car wash. Car wash places have ruined so many of my cars paint jobs, and trust me when i tell you I have taken them to get washed at very high end places (They all Suck).
I use a pressure washer with a filter to strain the water and use less water also.
The funny thing is everybody i know always asks me how i keep my Black truck looking so clean and shiny. I think its just luck

I hear you.
Dark coloured cars always seem to show squirls and scratches in the paint so easily and those bloody brushes used in car wash places really mess up your paintwork.

You're lucky to live in LA Detane - I live in dusty, pot-holed West Africa and need to wash my car EVERYDAY just to keep it looking pristine!
..and...
Don't even think about using the wet-look spray on your tires out here!!! Ha ha ha
