98 ML320 buying new headlights OEM or Aftermarket

I'm going to be buying new headlights and wondering if it really matters and if I should pay more for OEM headlights. I'm not concerned about the factory warranty. Is the quality about the same? Any suggestions on which lights to get.

I would go with OEM's from this place Hella MB ML Facelift Halogen USA Headlight Set, with wiring. W163: Bekkers BMW & Mercedes Parts My 2 cents.

Search the forum...many persons were dissatified with the after-market lights from what I can remember. Go with OEM to be sure. If you are willing to give the aftermarkets a try here is a link to headlights I came across a couple weeks ago...they said they were german made projectors lenses.

I recently upgraded to OEM projectors and I'm very happy with my purchase

The OEM projectors are about $100.00 pair more than the aftermarkets. I'd go with the OEM's.
