I have a 02 ml320 that I have to manually close the side mirror whenever I park, Is there anyway for me make them do it automatically? i.e when I turn the the engine off they close by themselves?
If you have power folding mirrors, you'd have a button to the right side of the steering column. You'd have to press the button. Otherwise, hire someone to get out and do it automatically when you put the car in park.

The 02's had as an option folding mirrors which was activated by a switch on the consol. They do not fold automatically but they do fold. On the Wi64 ML the folding mirror option folded the mirrors when the car was locked with the remote if you have it set to do that on the MFD. They also can be folded with a switch on the driver's door. Do not believe it would be financially feasable to even try to retrofit the auto function or even the electrical function to the W163.
