Look at the address, Stamford Linconshire, is no where near london and the postcode is not london either, in fact the post code is fake. Who ever wrote this is not english or illiterate.

Mercedes Benz have a lottery department? Not to my knowlege and if they did would it not be located in Germany?

And please not that 22 Garden Close is a private residence address
