Hmmm... well I hope they do some serious re-work on that front end. But hey - looks like 'it will eventually be offered' with the diesel so maybe they'll make that AMG diesel after all.

Is it just me or does it seem that MB is overcomplicating its lineup with too many models?

Also, don't they usually add the 'vision' designation for concept cars? It seems they usually do when they show one at the Miami Intl Auto Show.

Yeah, just like the Vision GL420 Bluetec, Vision Grand Sports Tourer, etc.

Looks just like the new C Class in the front end, but somehow it's not working for me on the truck. I love the C Class look, I wonder if MB is trying to move all vehicles to this look.

Well the GLK is based on the C.

the one thing i love about my gl is the simplified column shifter. i NEVER thought i would like a column shifter...but mercedes did a great job thinking this one up and down!!! hahaha...get it?

plus, it has paddle shifters on the steering wheel? is that hilarious or what? paddle shifters on a suv?
