W163 door side moulding removal

Does anybody have instructions to remove door side mouldings? ML500

The molding come in two parts; the base plate and then the hard rubber strip over that. The base plate is either a clip on or a slide on item and the rubber strip is probably held on by adhesive. I think the best way to find out is to remove the door panel and look inside to get a better idea of how it is attached. If you have the new molding to look at that's just as good.

43sqd -Thank you for the suggestions.
I got the car back from the body shop. Everthing is perfect, except in one location, the moulding is not as tight to the door as it should be. Looks
like it's missing a moulding clip.
