try downloading Picasa (free picture software from Google, go to Google and search for Picasa) - once you have the program, at the bottom right is a button "export" - click on the picture you want, click "export" then a format screen pops up and you should be able to resize the picture and save it where ever on your computer. Then, upload the picture into the forum.
