Well apparently the battery was almost completely out of fluid. It has been refilled and so far the alarm hasn't gone off randomly, however, the weather has heated up and if that is factor then that would make it work or not.
I had similar problem ,alarm acting up and trip computer resets -re filled battery lasted another 11 months than battery died got new from dealer
and no more false alarms but trip will still re set itself once a month.
Below is the DTB on the false alarms.. Though, there may be newer part numbers..

I wonder if they can just turn off the interior ATA interior Tow Sensor option in the AAM, as suggested in the note below.. If you don't care about the glass breaking sensor..
