I just bought bi neons for a 2000 ml 430 with adapters and installed them , only to find out that there is an extra wire required for the motor to operate the high beams. Any one have suggestion on this thank you.

There is no motor to operate the H/B. The only "extra" would be for the auto leveling. which you should have the plug in for.
You may have to get the lights activated by the dealer depending on how late in the year your ML was built, or your pig tail needs to have the pin-out modified.

How much better are the Bi Neons than regular headlights?
I think he meant to say BI-Xenons. They are quite a bit better than the regular halogen projector head lights. The light they cast is much more like day light.
