restore engine treatment

I decided after my last oil change to use the restore engine treatment that has all the commercials, and i was very impressed. Before i thought the ML was just designed to be very sluggish unless really pushed. After using it the engine feels so much smoother and revs to any rpm without feeling like im pushing it too hard or something. I just thought I would share this information with you all. Bye the way the mileage is now at 223,000

no i used an additive that you put in with the oil. they have different sized cans for how many cylinders your engine is. I went to a couple different shops like pep boys and autozone and asked my service advisor at the stealer and they all said this is the best treatment to use. it was 20 bucks for that and a bottle of the stuff you put in your gas tank that cleans the injectors and all. the smartest 20 bucks on my mercedes so far

The product is called Restore. They have a 4,6, and 8 cylinder formula, each with different sized bottles. Go to your local Pep Boys and check it out. The fuel treatment is by STP called Complete Fuel System Cleaner. Well worth it.

Isn't benz strictly opposed to additives in the engine oil??

I cant belief that MB would approve of that?? Enlighten me. The last time I used a similar product on an old clunker the head gasket was starting to leak after 1000 miles....hmmm
