IS there part number for black color insulation

Hello everyone! I desperately need a part number or any substitutes I can use for the insulation that is black in color and is just over the heat shields that cover the cats and tranny pan . This insulation is glued to the underbody of the ML and if you look at the heat shields (silver metallic panels) it is just underneath the shields. Please help! Im sure there are substitutes to this that can be glued to the underbody of the car if I can just remove the heat shields. Thanks for any help.
