Yes it is available. Dealer will need VIN for color code. It should be about $78

Call Jerry at MB of Naperville. Best prices in Chicago area on parts.
He will do 20% off list and have it shipped to your door for free.

Did you call Jerry at MB of Naperville in their internet parts department? 630-537-0312

It may even ship from MB's New Jersey warehouse. Either way Jerry can tell you the parts status as far as availability in your color.

Is this item from ebay one you are looking for?
Hmm, I need the right one because the driver's seat is in the right hand here.

The part number you want is 163-919-39-20-1434. It's the Java color. I’ve just replaced mine. $83.00 before tax at a M-B dealership (AL). Before I bought it from the dealership, I’ve tried a few online stores. Those which did have it, quoted me about the same price.

Fix

Figured out a cheap fix for this problem. The base of the recessed hole containing the trim scre breaks off. You can put a #00 rubber stopper (used in labs) with a hole in the opening. A # 8 trim screw then can be screwed into the stopper hole and the retaining hole on the seat . I used a 1 1/4 inch screw with the grommet part removed(wacked with a hammer). The stopper I used I cut the part off at the top where the OD was greater than the diameter of the recess hole on the trim. The stopper fits snuggly in the trim whole and reinforces it. Never going to break again. Stoppers I bought 5X Neoprene Stopper 1 Hole ? Green ? Size 00 ? ? Lab Supplies | eBay

like the stopper idea but i have had to rebuild seat bolster

to keep it from happening again and again
took off cover and cut broken foam out and glued and shaped new in.
now it doesn't crush down on the trim piece
