Leather blues

I have a 99 ML320, the leather is extremely hard and has many lines on the drivers seats, also the bolster seems to have shifted into an uncomfortable position, the back rest also has a lump in it. The rear seat leather is very loose now also. Will mercedes-benz replace these under warranty? The dealer has some blame because the car was there for a month waiting for a windshield and a tranny controller with the interior taken out!

Well if the conditions where the interior was left caused the problem,

you shouldn't have accepted the car back until they did something about it.
Paying for the service, or signing for it, etc basically means that you accept the car and are happy about the job they did.
You can always say that you only noticed it recently. Take it back as soon as possible.
