Does anyone know where I can buy the navigation and CD player for a 2002 ML320? I have the LCD screen and all but the buttons say no Navigation installed, no CD installed.
I would like to buy it on my own and have my brother install it rather than take it to the dealer.
Thanks!
1: Radio Removal Keys (5-8 dollars from dealer, 5 dollars on ebay to remove the Screen)
2: 10Torx Screw Driver (To unscrew the top after you slide out the screen)
All you do is:
1: Slide out MCS screen with the Radio Removal Keys.
2: Underscrew the drop scews (10Torx)
3: Remove the dummy plate, take off the top empty plate
4: Slide in the CD Rom Drive, screw the top frame back on
5: Theres a black wire that plugs in on the side, plug it in
6: Plug in a grey wire that is tapped up and you will find it somewhere behind laying around.

That was easy
I have the CD Nav and would like to change to the DVD (maybe it's not worth the change?). Is it as easy as purchasing a DVD drive and swapping the two? What about the software?

But also...
If my car weren't still under warranty, I would consider purchasing an aftermarket DVD Navi instead of the MB. Panasonic has a nice one and you can get your bluetooth phone to work with it without the MB $2000 parts and labor.
I bought my ML320 2001 without navigation. I am looking to buy an after market Navi DVD drive and disks. Can you tell me where to get them, please? Many thanks.
