Yes, that's all there is to it if you already have CD. took me 15 minutes total and didn't even have to unplug the MCS - just pulled it out and rested in on a folded up pillow while doing the swap. You take the 4 screws out of the top, lift it off, squeeze the cable clip on the cd drive and unplug it, unplug the gray GPS antenna cable, lift the cd drive out and do the reverse to put the dvd in. Turn it on, insert your new DVD map, and you're off.

Thanks rcltrh......I see a brighter future for both of us...what else do you need, but light and direction..[8D]
There is truth in your words, Grasshopper. [8)] lol. Hey, have you mailed the lights yet? Did they say how long it would take. Kinda curious when to expect them. I ordered some new bulbs for them along with a whole set of superbright white LED lights for the interior, license plate, etc. Already got the license plate ones in and they look very cool like the 2006 Lexus's. My 05 Lexus didn't have them, so I also ordered some for it too. You will like the DVD nav if you travel out of your old cd region much, not to mention less hassle and the fact that they will continue to update it. Of course I have heard they are going to release a 2006 set of CDs as well as a 2006 DVD.
