stealership is 50 miles away and it just started to snow here in VA, I'm hesitant about buying the cheap blue fluid. Any suggestions???
buy the blue fluid
Hell no! Get in the ML and drive yourself to the dealer and buy the proper citrus-scented Mercedes-Benz washer fluid. Otherwise, you will void your warranty, destroy your transmission, require AAM recoding, and your MAF, CPS, and O2 sensors will all fail simultaneously! [:D]
Seriously, there’s nothing wrong with the blue stuff, but nothing beats the real thing!

I always use Rain-x. It is yellow, it creates a coat of something on the widshield that beads up water and sends it sheeting off for improved visability Plus it melts frost no need to get out the scraper. Magic stuff!
pretty amazing.......but some tire installers (such as Costco) are touting the benefits of filling your tires with NITROGEN to prevent pressure variations.
Using nitrogen to inflate tires is actually not all snake oil. There is some science to it. Using compressed atmospheric air does put moisture in the tires and it has a much greater variance in pressure over a range of temperatures. Now, as to whether or not that actually has any bearing on handling or fuel economy remains to be seen. Regardless, the places using nitrogen aren’t charging any more for it (although Costco likes to put tacky green caps on the valve stems).
