I installed the NAV unit from my 99ml and plugged in the power lead on the top. I found the antenna wire behind the MCS and plugged that in also. Now i am still not picking up satellites..Did I forget to do something??????

The antenna coax might not lead all the way to the back antenna yet if there was no NAV installed previously. There's a connection point under the passenger seat cloase to the TeleAid which may have to be connected or reconfigured. Pictures of some of these antenna cables can be found in the phone install bulletin:

The 2001 uses the same antenna as the 1999 with a single coax leading forward and the splitter/GPS amplifier and also HF switch under the seat.
The 2005 has the new antenna with split coax leading forward as shown above. The blue FAKRA connector from the antenna coax should connect to the GPS in the MCS, which might require the splitter/GPS amplifier under the seat to split the signal with the TeleAid GPS input.
