Sluggish... No POWER...Lack of Acceleration

Hey guys. I recently had a new mass air flow put in as well as spark plugs and a fuel filter. I still have a rough idle and now the car is sluggish and won't accelerate like it did before. The dealer told me it was the mass air flow and that I need new plug wires. They replaced the mass air flow but it is still laggin power. I have NO check engine lights on. IS this all because of the spark plug wires? I thought they were just trying to get some extra cash from me as they wanted 1100 for the wires installed.. Will the wires fix the rough idle and lack of power problem? Thanks alot

not sure, but it could be the crankshaft position sensor.

I think they did a bad job with the plugs, have them rechecked maybe some loose.

or defective gas filter.....
