Does anyone know how to set to open the garage door in your ML?
i tried 6 inches away and pressing it long thesame time with the actual garage controler, but nothing happend. the light is not even blinking.do u take this to a dealer to re-set??

Does your garage have rolling code? If so, your gonna have to press a button on the garage door motor thing. It says something about that in the manual. I don't have the manual with me so I can't say exactly. You do not have to go to the dealer.

Also, you can call Mercedes (1-800-FOR-MERC). Their customer service reps have the necessary information specific to your vehicle and brand of opener and can step you through the whole process.
