OH MY! Now that I figured out this mod myself, I have just found this. Granted it's for a G Class but it goes to show I was spot on with my stab-in-the-dark!
Just wanted to share this info for the records....

When you say "COMMAND", are you refering to the bare MCS unit, or does it have to be equipped with a navigator?
It would seem that my ML-320 (MY2001) already has the wires in the appropiate pins (connected to nothing), so soldering RCA adapters could be an option, but will it work if I do not have navigator installed?
pleubner, how long will it take for you to post your mod? Can't wait since you said it will benefit everybody on this forum.
This forum has help me replaced my front brake pads, Bi-Xenon headlight, foglight, can't wait to see my next mod, which will be Dynomat. But if your next mod is more interesting and more cheaper, then I may delay the Dynomat and repeat your mod first.[:D][:D]
BTW, that was a great joke, it took me about half a minute trying to figure it out why are you taking a picture from the side and telling us parktronic[:0]

American ML's have MCS units, the rest of the world gets COMAND, which is different hardware. The MCS unit does not support AUX in, unless you have someone physically modify the internals of the MCS.
