if you look at the wiper shaft (not the arm) on the passenger side, you will see a rubber "seal", throught the shaft, against the black plastic cover (bottom of the windshield with perforated holes where wiper shafts come through and holds the washer nozzles).
This is where a question comes in. Look at the driver side wiper shaft, do you see a similar rubber "seal" against the black plastic cover?
Mine is missing and I can see the "nut" at the bottom of the shaft and also the car body itself. I want to confirm this before I start ranting why. Thanks a bunch.
