Does anyone know of where to get a Fiber Optic CD Changer power harness? changing my non fiber changer to a fiber one but I believe I need a FO Changer power harness. I know "*" sells them but they take FOREVER to return emails and to get parts. Anyone know of someplace else?... cheers guys. [:D]

I ordered the entire harness just for the connector and tried to re-wire it, but the voltage dropped down to 3v for some reason, so I tapped into the rear power outlet.

Also note that you can use a fiber optic harness from a C Class and save a little money! Also, MB relocated the CD changer connector (the one you unlock to swing the changer out) from '00 to '01 - expect a slight problem there.

It's quite a project - but for the effort and $, I'm not sure I'd do it again.
